Installers worked nonstop for two days. They addressed any and all of my concerns. They were careful not to damage my alarm system. Brody and his crew did an excellent job.

Overall I was extremely satisfied with the installation. The only problem was with the window manufacturer. The top sash on the 15 large double hung windows would not stay up due to the wrong balance being installed. If Viwinco had a good quality control program this should not have happened. I still would recommend Folkers to anyone due to the professional installation. I have no doubt that once the proper balance is installed, the windows will perform as the Viwinco website stated. The only other issue was one window had a crack and the was a tint defect in another.

Great feedback and yes, Viwinco should have caught the balance issue. This does happen though in that manufacturers put the incorrect balance in a window. The crack could have occurred during transportation. Regardless, we'll get these on order under a warranty and get them replaced.
